CODE.ID, (“Provider”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all users of the Service. Therefore, we have established this Privacy Policy so that you are aware of our practices regarding the collection and use of information about visitors to the Service. This service is intended to provide a number of different services to assist you in creating and maintaining an asset inventory, including information about business assets, company property or collateral. We use the information we collect from you to provide the Service efficiently. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, storage, deletion and disclosure of information relating to you by the Provider as set out in this Privacy Policy.
 
1. Your acknowledgment and consent
You must read this Privacy Policy before registering and using the Service. By registering and using any of our products and/or services, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Your acknowledgment and agreement to this Privacy Policy is also related to the provisions listed under the Terms of Use which are considered as one entity and cannot be separated.

We retain Customer Information in our business records for as long as you are a customer or user of one of our products and/or Services. We also retain Customer Information for a certain period of time after you are no longer a customer or user of one of our products and/or Services if Customer Information is required for the Purpose for which Customer Information was collected or to meet legal requirements
The provider does not collect personal information unless you voluntarily give it to us. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be published on the Site and/or Application or other media as deemed necessary by us. 7. Applicable laws and jurisdictions
This Privacy Policy is governed by and to be construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from this Privacy Policy will be resolved first through deliberation for consensus within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of notification of the emergence of a dispute. If after the said period no agreement is reached, the conflict resolution will be resolved by the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).
