FOR NATIONAL STADIUM

What we did

Our client manages the largest National Stadium in Indonesia, known as Gelora Bung Karno (GBK). They asked to build an e-booking application with multi-platform capabilities (website and mobile application for Android and iOS).

Benefit

Through this e-Booking platform, customers can reserve to use facilities online at any time. Furthermore, GBK's management can now quickly build a prospective customer profile, manage the venue's schedule, and receive data analytics report.

This application allows individuals to make online reservations, check the availability of venues and commercial facilities, and make payment for their reservations through the National Bank Virtual Account. They also asked for a reservation basis report to analyze venue productivity.
